First, let me share a story: as some of you might have known, I had to go right into work at 5:00, just a few hours after leaving CTU.  I got into work and started getting back into the flow but my exhaustion was obvious and taking its toll.  We were on the borderline of needing everyone to stay to keep us moving the line efficiently, but I was in bad work shape.  Finally, during a break in the line, I admitted to my 4 co-workers my exhaustion, why I had it, and that I needed to go home.  All of them selflessly agreed that I could go.  It wasn't even a matter of me
