TASTE OF THE WOODS
(Weekend overnight visits on an individual basis)
High school age young women are invited to a weekend
at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods that includes an evening of fireside story-telling with the sisters, tour of the motherhouse grounds and information about our foundress, Saint Mother Theodore Guerin. You’ll also visit White Violet Center for Eco-Justice and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Housing and meals will be provided.

VOLUNTEER RESIDENTIAL BENEDICTINE ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
The Benedictine Sisters of Duluth, MN invite women interested in joining us in permanent vowed membership to come for a visit and/or to attend one of our weekend Discernment retreats. Women who may wish to experience monastic life by living with us for six months to a year or longer in our volunteer residential Benedictine Associate program are also welcome. LENTEN EVENINGS OF PRAYER WITH THE LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR

The Little Sisters of the Poor in Chicago will present weekly Lenten Evenings of Prayer in the form of Lectio Divina which will focus on the Sunday Gospels of Lent. SUMMER SERVICE TRIP TO NEW MEXICO

Each Summer, The Sisters of Christian Charity take a group of young women to Cimarron, New Mexico to help at the vacation Bible School (VBS). It is a two day trip (with an overnight stop) from Chicago traveling through St. Louis to do a pick up to Cimarron, NM.
COST: We ask a donation of $150 - $200 to help cover expenses. All expenses, except souvinirs, are covered including food, lodging, and entrance fees. There are a few matching scholarships available if you can only afford half the cost.
